It was a lousy first impression of mulia upon check-in. Was at the recept at 2 pm, check in and was told that rm will no be ready for another 2 hours. Told to sit in the lounge and they will call. Did so but realised that there are so many other waiting. Went back and ask how they would be contacting me, only then did they took my contact. Waited for 2.5 hours and no call, and the others seem to be gettng their rooms already. lined up and enquire and was told that the room already ready, and no ne called!!!.
Two other incident make me wonder on the service. I asked for some ice to be sent to me room. Waited for 30 mins, nothing happen. Called again and it arrived in 2 minutes.
I was also awaken in the morning, 9 plus I think, and they wanted to check the mini-bar!!?? What a time to do that.
Other than that, I agreed that the facilities and room is one of the best that I stayed in. comfortable bed and good size of room.

| "Mulia is just outstanding, the room is very spacious and very conveniently designed and arranged, and the hotel facilities are also oustanding. The service is very good although either I have been really unlucky or the reception is clearly understaffed cause I could not avoid spending a minimum of 30 minutes to check in every single time I go and it is probably my 10th visit or so.... Apart from the checking in issue a lovely stay and will surely come back, tried many other upperclass hotels in Jakarta and Mulia is definitely my favourite." |

| "Wonderful hotel to stay for business and entertainment. From airport to hotel transportation is more convienent with slightly lesser traffic then compares to heading towards hyatt or saripan area. Services level is indeed well above average. And the night entertainment is good.
