| "i thought the hotel was very good value,nicely kept, good security,staff very friendly and efficient,the meals were very good, excellent breakfast and helpfull staff,
the only substandard item was the promptness of room cleaning ,and when new lights were needed in the bathroom they had to be asked 3 times before they fixed them ,otherwise excellent place to stay at" |

Hotel is in good location and a reasonably priced
Staff are helpful and friendly
Not a bad hotel for below $100, but its not 5 star
maybe 3.5 star
Staffs uniforms are messy you would think they would try and improve" |

| "Jakarta visit with my partner was a combination of apartment hunting prior to relocation and business meetings in CBD and outer.
It was well located for central apartments and CBD business meetings.
Rendevous Cafe ideal for drink at end of day and casual meetings.
Lebanese restaurant food great'
All staff very friendly and efficient including business centre. Security thorough and efficient.
Negatives were freezing temperature in breakfast area and insufficient non smoking area in Lebanese restaurant on two occasions.
Internet a bit expensive for long term daily use.

Expected a much better decor and finish. The hotel looks run-down and is in need of refurbishments if it wants to maintain its 4 star rating.
Small swimming pool. Disco was OK much better than the bar @ Grand Hyatt!
Just needs a revamp for the rooms and the reception lounge area.
Overall, you get what you pay for in a great location. (just minutes from the Grand Hyatt and the shopping malls) ANd you pay a fraction of the price of the Hyatt and the Nikko Hotel across the road.
Bar 30 is excellent with a good Canadian Band playing there. A good break from all the Fillipino bands doing the rounds at various bars and hotels.

| "I live in Indonesia and whenever I stay in Jakarta (about every 6 weeks for a few days) I stay in the Meridien.
The staff is very helpful and tries to accommodate your every wish.
Rooms are good and clean.

| "Good value if you get a discounted rate. The hotel is pleasant and well located, although it needs refurbished. Deluxe rooms are definitely better than the standard ones. Service is good. Not exactly international standard but a good option in that price range." |
