| " The hotel is so near to a shopping mall which is great for me. I can buy all things for my family over there. The only one thing that the hotel can improved is a friendlier and warmer staffs at the front desk. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times and every time I went there, the same usual cold face. " |

| "This was my 1st hotel stay in Jakaerta. It was recommended by my local Indonesian friend. I booked Deluxe room but was able to be upgraded to suite room.
It's at par to Shangri-La or Crown Plaza or Hilton hotels that i've stayed in other countries.
Asia room rate is fair priced for this 4* category. You may get lower price at the airport arrival hall but what if no room available?
Buffet breakfast has sufficient selections though not as luxurious as 5* chain hotels. But more than enough to have heavy breakfast.
The adjacent malls are really popular with the locals- bargain stores but a bit too crowded. But, not bad at all unless you want only the international brand stuffs which you can shop at home.
worth staying if u want to shop local stuffs.

| "Great hotel. Worth the trip out of the main city for the shopping. This hotel has a door in the lobby that joins a computer shopping centre. Within walking distance are all the shopping centres you will ever need with great Javanese prices. You name it, you can buy it near the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and is up to a 4 star standard. Staff speak english well, are very polite and accommodating. The hotel also has good security on arrival and during your stay. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice. The room was beautiful and had a great view over the area. Would definitely stay again. " |

| "My stay at Le Grandeur Mangga Dua from Nov 04-07, 2007 was excellent except very dry at night. Foreighners will feel much safer entertaining themselves within the hotel." |

| "By the time we arrived in hotel for a late check-in, the rooms on the upper floors with internet connection were already fully occupied. We were given a room on the 5th floor that faces the pool.
The size of a superior room was ok for 2 pax but we'd a bad case of water leakage in the bathroom (after one of us showered). Requested for a change of room at 11pm but we were told that we could only changed our room the next morning due to full occupancy.
The next morning, the receptionist upgraded us to a deluxe room on the 7th floor which had internet connection. That really made our stay more enjoyable!
The food selection served at the cafe during breakfast was rather poor. The 1st two days were ok, but by the fourth day, we were so sick of the food. And most of the dishes were quite cold (except for the egg station) by the time we arrived there for breakfast at 8-9ish, unless you're one of the early birds who wakes up at 6.30am!
The hotel's centralized location is great although it's a distance away from the CBD area (due to the traffic jam) cos it's linked to the mangga dua mall and you can be assured that you'll not get wet if it rains! " |

| "Hotel is nice and has a good Lobby that is directly connected to a computer mall.
Gym and pool were a bit on the small side. Breakfast was good and tried the Dinner Buffet once where I expected to get a bit more for 70,000 Rupiah (inclusive) especially compared to the exquisite spread provide at the Shangri La's dinner buffet for 90,000 Rupiah (inclusive).
Overall this is a good hotel to stay at, especially as we were upgraded to an "executive" floor.
p.s. We also stayed at the Alila which was a better hotel overall, but is located in a not very accessible (or nice) neighborhood." |

| "Friendly staff, nice location with shopping malls right accross the street and/or connected to hotel. Restaurants above average with good food, liked the Japanese one too. Breakfast buffet with good selection...this is one busy hotel! Hassle-free hotel with all the standard facilities you'd expect from a hotel in this class." |

| "the location is very good if you want to shop in mangga dua. if you wanna see other parts of jakarta, better take another hotel. the streets around are usually absolutely crowded, so transfer is extremely difficult and needs lots of time. the hotel itself is comfortable and worth 4 stars." |
