| "* No problem with checkin - fast, efficient (we arrived after 12 midnight).
* Location excellent though not helped by total lack of direction signage in Arrivals area - we had to ask someone how to get to the hotel - then we had to climb the stairs with all our luggage (not sure how less physically fit people would cope with this).
* Room decor possibly a little bit "tired" and the bed too soft for our liking - but on the whole the room was clean and everything worked.
* Breakfast disappointing - I have to say that it was possibly the least interesting (or authentic) breakfast I have ever eaten in Indonesia, though I should add that I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel anyway.
*Otherwise no complaints." |

| "It's convenient to stay 1 night and fly in the morning.
The wall is very thin, you will hear someone snore or talking from the next room.
You can smell of smoking in the room but changing room is possible. Anyway, I still feel it from linen and pillow.
There is only 1 floor. You have to walk far away to the room if you come late. I think they will serve nearest room for early guest.
Food is so-so. Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng are on the basis" |

| "Ideal location, within the airport complex, not keen on the idea of hotel being designated Transit Hotel,Jakarta Airport Hotel is much more friendly.
The staff were first class, from the front desk thru waiting staff and the general staff who were available 24/7 to serve us.
Only one complaint, lack of a vending machine for cold drinks etc.,apart from that no problems, would recommend a visit." |

| "I stayed at this hotel for several times because of its location. Even though it is a bit expensive, it's worth staying as i don't need to go back and forth jakarta city centre when i need to take a transit flight to other places, saving time and taxi cost.
The hotel was clean and during my stay before leaving jakarta, i saw them cleaning some of the rooms thoroughly, moving the beds around to clean the carpet, using detergent to wash the walls of the bathroom. It is really well maintained." |

| "A very nice hotel, good service and extremely easy for transit passengers at Jakarta Airport. Didn't go into Jakarta, so don't know how easy it is to get into the main part of town, I was just in transit for one night. Breakfast starts at 4am for those with an early flight. Recommended!!" |
