The hotel looked very grand, interiors are are classic. The environment in the lobby, the lounge and the cafe are very welcoming and warm. It's a very enjoyable stay. Except that the building is getting old. Can see some cracks and stains in the bathroom. But the problem is not major. In fact, I like the hotel very much. It's located nearby a shopping mall and lots of restaurants & cuisines around, within walking distance!
There's a spa & massage service available in the hotel, which I didn't enjoy at all. The massage lady is not professional at all, in regards to her technique and attitude. I nearly wish to have my money refunded after the service!
In the future, I might visit to the hotel again. Unless they make some changes to the spa & massage provider, or I wouldn't order the service anymore.
Overall, it's a very nice stay!
