| "It was a nice stay at the Aston Atrium Hotel Jakarta. The hotel employees are very obliging. The rooms are clean and beautiful. For breakfast, you can choose of a wide range of goodies. The price for an extended night was fair. In summary, it was a pleasent stay. Thanks!" |

| "it was a good hotel. regarding services, i just needed making up the room daily and that was good. the pool was in very nice shape but shallow. the bathroom was also nice and clean but not fancy." |

| "I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff were very kind and friendly. We had quite a lot of contact with them. I greatly appreciated the swimming pool and used their gym facilities and spa, which was very good.
And we look forward going there again. " |

| "Check in took nearly half an hour with no explanation, it wasn't busy or any obvious reason for th delay, no information offered by the staff. Got to the room (8th floor) the carpet was covered with cigarette burns and stained. The chez lounge was threadbear and almost in holes in places. The sink in the bathroom had big cracks in it and the toilet was leaking noisily. The room generally was in very poor condition and not very clean. Complained straight away "some one will call" was the response from reception. Two and an half hours later nothing, so back to reception. "Have you reported this before?" ok, keep calm. So they'll send Housekeeping to look at the room, they come, I have to go back to reception to tell them, why? We'll send someone else from Housekeeping, again why. Four hours have nearly passed, finally offered an alternative on the eleventh floor, not great. Carpet still heavily burned and stained. No apology of any kind. The hotel is tired, needs a refurbishment or at least decorating and a good clean ans something done about the staff. So be warned....if I hadn't already paid for six days we would have left and did look eslewhere in case they didn't change the room, that's how bad. " |

| "It was my first time staying in Aston Atrium Hotel. I found it very nice. Staff was always ready to help, polite & smiling.
It seems to me people who prefer to stay in Aston are mostly businessmen, so if you are going to Jakarta for business trip Aston is the most suitable hotel to stay." |

| "Great for the fact that it is located next door to the Shopping centre. There is no need to catch a cab to get lunch or pick op some food for the room.
Check out the Tang restaruant, it has very nice chinese food, and dumplings for breakfast. Seems to be a popular place for dinner and from trying it I can see why.
Only downside was our shower had very little hot water. Not sure if other rooms are like this." |
