| "The service is wonderful in the sense that the staff are very friendly and sincere. However (ironically), the receptionists' poor command of English makes the service at the desk slow. The food in the Japanese restaurant is value-for-money for the amount paid as the quality way exceeds my expectation. The buffet breakfast is not as fantastic as what the other reviews have commented. Nevertheless, for the non-smoking room I have and the view and space, Panorama Regency is definitely recommended!" |

| "The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are quite spacious but quite stuffy as the aircon is not cool enough and the swimming pool is too small. Overall the stay here is qiute enjoyable." |

| "Located in the heart of the city, getting to shopping malls is an easy matter. With staff who are friendly and helpful, my friends and I had enjoyed our stay there. A plus point : The t.v. channels included cable channels like HBO which do not require us to pay extra. I like the breakfast buffet, a satisfied spread of western, chinese and japanese food. There's this Lucy's bar situated just 3 mins away from the hotel if you want to dine outside of the hotel - the fish and chips was yummy. One negative point of the hotel though: you will have to let the taps run for a few minutes before you get clean and clear water. Overall a good experience, will definitely consider staying there again if I visit Batam! " |
