"We had a pleasant stay in this hotel and I really love this location, because near most of the factory outlet, cake house & pasar (I love to see actual life of local people in pasar). For room amenities, I hope can provide coffee/tea maker, hair dryer. Thanks."

"Service totally bad. Receptionist not friendly and unhelpful in giving information needed.Furniture looks old. Bad experience, myself and my 2 years son got bad diarrhoe after taking the boil plan water. Till now my son diarrhoe still getting bad. Request to provide electric kettle but they don't have it. Request plan cold boil water they say needed to get it from their restaurant kitchen. Very bad service and the hotel lobby looks dull and no welcome smile from the front desk receptionist. "
