| "I was travelling with my wife and two teen-age sons, and I can say that we have had what we expected from a first class hotel. The hotel environment, the services and the personnel as well as the food are all of excellent status. I will certainly recommend this hotel to Bandung visitors. " |

| "Located a bit far from the centre but local halt bus stops outside, just wave it. Good buffet breakfast, big room, good staff. Take care with taxis, only Bluebird is metred otherwise haggle." |

| "We stayed in the Papandayan Hotel from 30-7 till 1-08 2006. We have stayed there three nights and we have had a good time. When we where there we where 25 years married. The people are verry nice and help you where they can. The rooms are good and clean. We have been there with our children and grand-children and they all say it was great to be there. Thank you, that we have had such a good service. many many greetings from the Family Bakker from The Netherlands." |

| "This hotel is just an average hotel, not so quite 4 star ranking. I have stayed in other hotel in Bali, Lombok, which much better facilities and condition, but lower prices. In addition, the room looks a bit old. " |
