| "We arrived in Bandung on 31 Oct 2007 and stayed throughout at Mitra Hotel until our departure on 3 Nov 2007. We had a pleasant stay, good services, very friendly staff and international cabling for the tv station. We really enjoy our stay and wish to come again to Bandung. I hope the following comment will be looked into and changes are made soon before our next stay in Mitra.
1. The bath towel need to change urgently
2. Choice of breakfast and other menu need to include international menu.
3. The staff need to be well verse about Bandung to assist tourist enjoying their stay.
4. Information kits about hotel facilities and Bandung need to be extended to the quest.
5. Propose in future all reservation including airport transfer.

| "I and my friends have been visiting several hotels all around Malaysia and South East Asia and I'm proud to say that this was one of the most memorable trips I've had.
I've had unluckly experiences before where I was given rooms which had not been cleaned yet. This time was an exception. The price for the room including breakfast in a major city like Bandung was worth every cent!
The room and bathroom was more spacious than previous hotels. My request for 2 single beds was also given priority.
However, there were some shortcomings. For a 3 star hotel, it lacked basic recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gym or sauna. It's location far from shopping and places of interest was also a problem. Luckily we were recommended a charming tour guide to bring us around town and beyond.
There should be more variety in it's breakfast selection to temp the international taste buds. The water pressure from the shower was also low, and for someone tall like me it was difficult to wash with a shower below my head.
Other than that, the holiday was worth the try.

| "I would recommend this to visitors to Bandung who likes clean, quiet and comfortable beds to sleep although slightly a distance away from the city center. Rates are moderate and acceptable for budget travel.." |

| "The traffic condition in Bandung is quite busy. One of the reason why i like Mitra is because of it's location which is away from the busy roads and yet it is just a few minutes drive to the factory outlets in Dago.
The rooms & toilet are big and very clean.

| "At the moment i step into the hotel, i really like it. We immediately decided to stay 1 more night at this hotel. It is small hotel (with 50 rooms only) and i fell like at home. The surrounding environment is nice (not so busy) but u need to have a transport to go around. To get a taxi or local bus is not a problem. The satffs are helpfull. " |
