Villa Padi is a unique luxury 3 villa development located 12 klm’s NW of Seminyak/Legian. Tanah Lot and Nirwana Golf Resort are only 10 minutes away. Villa Padi is surrounded by terraced rice fields with wonderful ocean and mountain views. It is only 500 metres to the crashing surf of Mengening Beach and to walk along this beach is a very pleasant experience – Rocky outcrops, small island temples and beautiful long stretches of sandy beach are all waiting for you.
Villa Padi (1) and (2) are each 3 bedroom (full aircon) with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms – Electronic safes – A study room that can be used as a 4th bedroom (2 king size single beds) – European kitchen complete with Moderna Stove/Oven and all other necessary appliances – Laundry – Large BBQ. There is a separate pavilion for Dining/Living with glass doors that open all around to capture the beautiful sea breeze.
The private 54 sqm overflow swimming pools adds that extra touch of luxury. There are pool sun lounges, bali bali, outdoor dining table, bar/stools and umbrellas. Everything is provided.
All bedrooms and living/dining pavilions have TV/DVD’S (1000+). Satellite TV and broadband are connected to the Living/Dining Pavilions and computers are included.
Villa Padi (3) is a luxury 2 bedroom (5 aircon units) villa with ensuite bathrooms – European Kitchen with every conceivable appliance. The entire first floor is Master Bedroom/Ensuite with Living Room, 102CM Plasma TV/DVD, Satellite TV, Library of books and DVD’S. Downstairs is a Double Bedroom, Ensuite, Living/Dining (TV/DVD). Huge outdoor patio overlooking swimming pool. This Villa can be rented as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom villa.
