| "Some workers were fixing the roof and reception hall during our stay, which excepted of the first night did not bother us at all.
On first night we were given a room very close to this reception hall, so we were woken up by workers the next day at about 6.30am.
We asked for a more quiet room and ended up being upgraded to a "swiming-pool view" room at second floor on the opposite site of the hotel, which was perfect.
Excepted of that little incident on first night, we enjoyed a lot our stay ( 4 nights in total).
Staff was friendly and helpful, american breakfast was rather copious and we enjoyed a lot the nice swimming pool.

| "This has to be one of the most surprisingly beautiful hotels I've stayed in.I've been travelling to Bali for around twenty five + years and this hotel is divine. It's also very reasonably priced. Also has the bonus of a short stroll to the beach to walk off the fantastic breakfast.Close to it all in Sanur...can't wait to return next year.Ask for the King bed ,it was huge!" |

| "Stayed here back in 2001 when hotel had been open for a year or so,so I thought I would try it again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool and grounds are great. The bathrooms are getting a little tired and could do with an up-date.But apart from that all is still well.
A good place to spend a couple of nights if you are traveling round and want a cheap hotel with a pool to do some swimming and sunbathing." |

| "For a 3 star accomodation, this hotel is worth it. My comments:-
1. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
2. Loved the well manicured garden
3. Nice little swimming pool
4. Not far from the beach (about 5 minutes away by foot) but the sand is very coarse and I scraopped my kneees kneeling on it. Also had lots of seaweed floating in the water and washed up on the shore. I was not comfortable wadding in the sea weed waters. Also, found the beach slopes to be too steep. Would not recommend bathing in the beach but the hawkers along the beach are worth looking at.
5. Hang Tuah St. is not so happening. Suggest you go down to Danau Tamblingan for better shopping.
6. You only get 3 types of breakfast to choose from but since I stayed for 4 days only, it was okay for me but you might eventually get bored after a longer stay. However, getting nice breakfast outside is really easy as it is near to restaurants." |

| "Our stay at The Mentari Hotel was excellent! The service provided from the staff was very good - they were so helpful and friendly all the time! The garden was really well maintained and the pool area was nice too. The complientary breakfast served each morning was delicious and it was nice to have three choices to choose from. The tours the hotel organised were very good, and they even tailor-made a tour to North Bali for us - all reasonable priced too! Overall the hotel was very good value for money and I would recommend it to everyone!" |
