| "Fantastic location, right on the beach in Seminyak with excellent bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The pool is nice and the gardens fantastic. The standard rooms are a good size but pretty basic and the bathrooms fairly dingy, but if you want a functional room at a good price it's ideal. Staff are friendly and helpful and arranged trips etc. I've stayed here a couple of times and would definitely recommend it." |

| "Probably one of the tackiest hotels I stayed during my trip on Bali. There's always a risk when you go for one of the cheap options, but the price for this hotel I found still far overrated. Not really friendly staff, a stained and unpleasant bathroom... felt like a ghosthotel where everyone has left a few years ago and nothing has been done on maintenance. At least in the building I was placed. Location OK but there are better locations in Seminyak. Beach in front was dirty and nothing special. Overall, I was glad to leave. " |

| "We stayed 2 nights. Location and service was good. Quality of room en bathroom could be better. Shower and toilet didn't work correctly. The minibar was leaking and made alot op noice. TV remote control didn't work (batteries?) All relatively small things, but with more effort and eye for detail kwality could be better. " |

| "This hotel is one that has been left behind in a time warp. Great location on the beach but the rooms are old and tired and bathrooms dirty. I would suggest you could do much better for the money spent. Should be priced at about half of what the current rate is. " |
