| "We had 2 weeks in one of the Villas and it was fantastic, great location nice and quite, lots of yummy restaraunts close by,staff were very friendly and helpfull. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast for the villas,Thanks heaps will stay again...." |

| "Lovely Hotel, the standard rooms are clean and have lots of space, even though basic. The Next room grade up are very big and spaciouse but some are located a good walk away from the pool and reception, the bathrooms are large and have bath and showers. I prefered the standard room it had a sealed roof and no gaps and teh location was much better.
Staff were brilliant and always there to help. The pool and pool bar were beautiful and very relaxing. Thank you Morgs xx" |

| "As a group of six...including a seven year old and ten month old..we all loved the Bali Ayu. The staff were great ,especially Ketut,the hotel driver.We appreciated being away from all the hustle and bustle at the same time being only a short walk to a quiet beach and good resturants. We will definately stay at the Bali Ayu again." |

| "Should improved on room cleanliness. Furniture with dust and webs behind beds. Furniture also old and dirty looking. Big Ants were crawling around in our Villa, all over the floor. Should also improved on toilet condition. Despite all this, the service given by the staff were great, Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a choice of Western and Local Breakfast. Overall, Good job to Bali Ayu Staff.

| "My (our) stay was such an enjoyment. At first, my friend and I didn't feel excited when we first arrived in the gate, but then after we checked in, we were complimented with a cold welcome drink. (1st added value)
When we got into our room, the room was spacious enough for two, clean and well arranged, though the bathroom could have been more 'private'. (There was a space between the roof and the wall, which quite disturbing when cars passed by.)
We didn't pay attention about the hotel nor we read the information about the hotel before we booked; we were amazed that there was actually a nice, perfect size of swimming pool including a very reasonable price of spa and massage services.
As for location, the beach which we thought to be quite far away was able to reached by walking distance. There were few convenient stores nearby, also few typical Balinese restaurants that were worth to try. The hotel was perfect for people who are looking for relaxation, in budget, and enjoy simple Bali life.
Definetely we enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to be coming back again. " |

| "The Standard Room was pleasant, cozy and clean. Good mattress made for a comfortable sleep. The location of the hotel is a little off the popular areas but is therefore quiet. The complimentary transport to Kuta helps. Main gripe is the lack of English language TV channels and poor lighting throughout the room. Can't understand why couldn't they just use brighter bulbs? The Standard room was pleasantly spacious. Furnishing was basic. Bath towels looks suspiciously brown and stained. Shower area and toilet are adequate and basic. I would recommend the hotel for the budget-conscious and for long-stayers. " |
